"I would give a zero star, if there is an option. Employee name: Walter is unhealthful customer service I never deal with. When you tried to order the product that's outside of the store. He explain to you every option and try charge you as much as possible. (All option he explain to you are not true). He want you to listen to him instead explain what you know the fact. When I ask him to speak to the manager he said he one of the manager. Therefore, he will not transfer the call. He do not value to be a Customer Service/manager. He is dishonor. He is not loyal with Customer. Avoid going to the store talk to Walter."

"This place, Floor & Decor, has an endless selection of tiles in all different formats, colors, and materials. Prices are clearly marked, and the staff is helpful and knowledgeable. I have been here twice now and very pleased with everything."

"Went to floor and decor today to pick some different materials for a bathroom remodel. We didn’t know that you had to make an appointment ahead of time to get help from a designer. Jayda took time out of her day to help us and made what we had in mind come to life for our bathroom. She had great taste and helped us utilize several different materials in such creative ways. She was knowledgeable and had amazing taste. We especially loved that she really heard us and what were wanting and didn’t push anything or pressure us in any way! The whole experience was super fun and enjoyable because she was so kind. She even helped us get a great deal on a vanity because it was the last one in stock! "I cannot adequately explain the level of appreciation I have for Lisa with helping me select tile. She has such an expansive knowledge base on tile and design. I am building a custom home and the quote I was given initially was astronomical. Lisa helped me find quality materials at a reasonable price. I wish I had started out here in the beginning. Lisa and Grant make an excellent team as Grant was super helpful finding the right schluters and giving his expert opinion on things.
