"Absolutely horrible. Ordered a recliner thru Ashley Furniture and apparently this is a 3rd party that actually has the item and delivers. Even though I ordered early November and was told my item would be shipped by Dec 5, the item never arrived and after multiple attempts to get this item shipped in time for Christmas, it did not happen and the reps do not care. I will absolutely make sure any furniture i order from any store is NOT sourced through them."

"Horrible! Didn’t deliver 2 of 4 sofas, no explanation, no email, no follow up. Talked to 4 different clueless people who just “pass the buck”. After 6 hours on the phone over the course of three days I have paid for sofas I don’t have and no one can help. Ashley’s customer service says to call Ash-com, Ashcom says to go to store, store says to call Ashley’s online service and no one will help us. We have paid for two sofas we don’t have and we are just supposed to keep calling? No manager, no way to leave a message? Stay away! Ridiculous!"
