"Absolutely unacceptable poor build quality. I paid $2,000 for this couch, and they couldn’t even bother to put connecting brackets on both ends causing one end of the couch to split apart. Now I have to buy a extra one and put it myself. Also look at how the screws on the singular bracket were put in, sideways. They couldn’t even be bothered to screw it in properly. This is beyond unacceptable for a couch of that price. The bracket literally costs $3.50 retail. I will never do business with them again.i don’t mind paying for expensive things, but the quality has to be there. This couch looks like it was put together by a 12 year old."

"We bought a sofa from Star Furniture ($2500), which was delivered November 2023. Only after two months, the cushions pancaked and we could barely sit on the couch without pain. After filing a complaint and referring to my rights as a consumer a couple of times, Star agreed to give us a full store credit, which we definitely appreciated. We shopped for a new couch today (Feb 2024) but the salesperson was clearly not listening to us when we shared our experience and kept trying to upsell other more expensive couches (“$6500 is not expensive”) and instructed us how we’re supposed to sit on a couch. It was not an enjoyable experience to shop at Star Furniture."

"Walking in, I noticed the quality and design of the furniture that Star carries. Immediately went home to bring my wife. Wed been to several other large furniture stores, but Star shone brighter. Naj listened and worked for us, patiently showing us items that were relevant and that helped her learn our style preferences. Prices are very reasonable with tiers for every budget. Picking up was easy, thanks to Mannie, who was patient and kind. Al noticed a felt tear on the bottom of one of our pieces. and insisted it be repaired before I take it. So many options, thanks to the customization. The only constructive feedback is subjective. Please improve their bar stool selection."

Made what we thought was going to be a long and stressful process, very smooth. As soon as I explained the colors and style I was looking for she was able to guide me to the best options. Was so happy to find what I was looking for! My husband was also happy to be able to make it home to watch the game!
