"I drove 40 minutes to go check the new Braunfels store out honestly was not impressed but when they forgot to give me an item I paid for cause they were more concerned about signing me up to get their emails and putting my items in the cart themselves and when a lady wanted a scooter she runs over and stops her from getting it herself, maybe pay attention to the 1st customer before you run to stop another would be wise. When I called and spoke with Karen the manager said she couldn’t do anything but I have to drive all the way back to get the item or refund, guess I’m going back for a refund and returning the other items I bought. Hobby Lobby will get my money and they are not as overpriced as this place. So my 1st time here became my last time here. Karen’s attitude lost a customer and this bad review. I’ll be calling corporate as well.. Go to Home goods people not here."

"Definitely the best home decor store in New Braunfels. There are so many choices for Christmas decorations. You can easily spend hours walking around looking at all the departments. This location is pretty clean and the employees are pleasant. Will definitely be back."
"Many great things to choose from here! The store is definitely disorganized and could use someone to better maintain the place! I hate leaving the review I am leaving because I truly do love shopping at "AT HOME!" However, I am leaving photos of my trip here today! The restroom is one of the nastiest restrooms I have been inside of during a shopping trip. If I owned this location, I would be finding someone new to maintain and upkeep."
