""Please Accept My Apology" Mattress Firm asked me to write a review about my experience while purchasing a bed. I actually did say my experience was good until I received a credit card that was already maxed out etc and I demanded someone to call me and explain.Well sure enough I got a call from Greg "The District Manager" and from the beginning of the conversation I could tell instantly Greg was professional ," Very Very" passionate about Mattress Firm,his job, and his hard working employees,he explain that the card I received wasn't actually a credit card and that if I would have taken time to read the letter in its entirety that I wasn't even being charged "interest" and for that Greg, Mattress Firm, and the kind gentleman by the name Troy that sold me the very best bed that money can buy ,because that's what I asked for,I'm truly apologetic.. Respect is put on Mattress Firm's name when I speak of it. So again I want to apologize and thank everyone that was involved for staying professional and knowledgeable about their product and forgive me for being a typical consumer for not reading my plan thoroughly and commenting in negativity. I recommend anyone or everyone to go there if you are in need of a, mattress, bed or adjustable base. This is coming from someone who once was an employee of "Sleep Number" just saying..."
