There is a dumpster nearby, as well as close bus stops, and the Red Mile Casino and Racing across the street for entertainment. I have had no problems with any of my appliances while staying here, and the landlord and maintenance have a quick response time!"

"I love living at this complex!! I have custom granite countertops, quartz sinks, and don't get me started on my built in glam station--every womans dream. It is amazing how beautiful these apartments are. They have clearly been completely re-done. They must have worked with an interior designer to get this kind of luxury. My patio is my favorite place. It is so peaceful. I am surrounded by a landscape of nature and birds. Very quiet and tranquil. Central location."

"I lived here while the property was being bought by the new owners and they have really improved on the complex! They immediately repainted the doors/shutters and have been amazing with how quick they were to take action to any concerns! Getting in touch with the owners about anything is super easy and maintnance requests are filled super quick and are done well! Rooms are spacious and closet space is even better! I loved the layout and the convenience of living here! There is always enough parking spots (which I always find rare at any apartment complex near campus) and patrol cars drive through every once & awhile to make sure everyone feels super safe which I loved! Highly reccommend :)"
