"It wasn't a horrible stay just couldn't give it more than 3 stars. Internet was wonky 2 bars or nothing at all. Heated pool was freezing and continental breakfast was over priced."
"Meh. No continental breakfast, just free coffee in the lobby. The pool was ice cold. Most of the outlets in the room didn't work either. Other than those, the workers were nice and the room was pretty clean."
"The staff in the restaurant were absolutely awesome!!!! I travel to the area often and I will be switching my future reservations to this hotel. Customer service is extremely rare these days but those individuals in the restaurant were an inspiration and breath of fresh air.."
"If you would like a nice HOT shower and you want to experience the amenities you have paid for such as television, and you want exceptional customer service, then you may want to find another hotel. But if the water temp isn’t important to you or watching television or having your concerns addressed this might be your place. The front desk lady seemed nice until I had to call her a 3rd time to tell her that the cable was not working in the 2nd room I was moved to because of the cold/luke warm water, she told me “if I move you this time this will be the last room I switch you to”I explained to her it’s not my fault that nothing works at this hotel and that I would just stay where I am because I didn’t feel like having to pack all my things to move again. There are several hotels in this area, whatever you do please don’t waste your time or money here."
"All was fine until 8 am when someone banged loudly on my door and used a key to get in. Fortunately I had the safety lock on as well as added my own safety reinforcement to stop a break in and good thing I did because someone would have gotten in. I was completely terrified by this to be told by the front desk it was one of their staff and they offered me a mere apology. This is completely NOT okay, staff should be aware of which rooms have guests or should have to knock and wait before just storming in, as well as yelling “maintenance”. Felt completely UNSAFE after this and would never recommend this location. Completely unprofessional and creepy behavior, especially when it’s a sole woman traveling. No one should have to get woken up terrified from a potential intruder. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Be safe ladies!"
