"Sam was my mother’s agent for many years until recent. Her insurance was abruptly cancelled for no apparent reason, especially since she pays every month on time. Sam mistakenly filed a claim on her policy that was not her car nor was the person who had the accident on her policy which is why her policy was cancelled (this according to State Farm). He refused to answer our calls until I called him from an unknown number. As I was explaining to him the reason for my call respectfully, his response was, “Are you going to let me talk or not?” He went on to say that he had submitted an appeal, come to find out this was not true at all. Thankfully my mom is now with another agent who was able to get her record cleared. We all make mistakes, however, to be rude and not fixing his error was the issue!"
