"This is a horrible place to live Stacy and Renee are horrible property managers. They are unprofessional and Hayes Gibson who is over woodland heights is just as bad. They have no compassion and only out for a dollar. I called today about people harassing and causing my daughter problems not to mention the same person who harassed my sick sister and her kids. This girl still lives there no job no child just living off government assistance. Maintenance men unqualified. Just mess they need to be shut down and defunded."

"My grand children live there with their mother and they suffer with year round allergies due to the mold and mildew. For 4 years we have been asking them to fix the leak in the bathroom all they do is patch the ceiling. They have no love or compassion for people. They are either lazy or just don't care."
