"Cheap homes, fairly easy application approval. They charge app fee. Think its 5 or 10$ dont remember exactly. Maintenance team is a little slow on the draw. Been know to have grass not get cut for 6 weeks at a time. When they rehab a home for next person. Its a real quick once over. Horrible painting abilities. If you have bugs they say they will spray. But they haven't yet. Had to exterminate myself. If you fix anything in the home its a gift to them. They will not take anything off rent. However if your a long time tenant. They will give you a rent break after couple years. Lady in office is fairly nice. But im sure she deals w alot of people. Most homes are in lower income areas. Some are in nicer. But few and far between. Over all if ya need a place. Give them a shot. But if your credit will allow a better place go for it."
