Lorven was able to customize the couch according to our wishlist and was able to add heating/cooling/massage/iPad holder/phone charger etc. On top of these we wanted the couch to be 2X2 model. We were extremely happy to get this delivered to New Jersey and they helped us with assembly support as well. We also bought teakwood peetas they are so strong and sturdy. Iam giving this after six months as I wanted to experience these products and see if we run into any issues, no issues at all but a great experience!!"
