"Had a wonderful time choosing my new bed! My old bed was really giving up and the springs were no longer doing the job. Tim helped us try out several different versions and gave us an amazing deal on the iLE. I was so close to just ordering the C2 online until I tried them in-store. Realized I was way more happy with the iLE or the p5. Seriously, you have to try before you buy. I highly recommend this store. Both Tim and Kelly were extremely helpful and kind."
"Up until a month or so ago I would have said sleep number is worth it...then not even 2 years in my luxury mattress goes flat....it's basically like a cheap air mattress from Walmart. I call to use the "15yr warranty" and find out that's limited to the max after 1 year and despite an uncommon product failure as they put it....I am the 1 having to come out of pocket...but out of the kindness of their heart they'll discount it for me...the entire set cost $8k...a Cali king temperpidic or regular mattress would cost half that and not have any really issues for more likely 2-4 more years...no real offering to take care of the customer or anything. Simply pay us or don't we don't care. Very displeased at the lack of information regarding warranty and customer service from that point of sale forward. Side note frame is separate company not covered by sleep number. My bed lights do not work and haven't but I refuse to pay for product failure this early in. Again up until this point raved about sleep number..."
"Kelly was so Amazing! She spent so much time with us finding our perfect bed. She answered all 1 thousand questions we had. She made sure our app was installed for our bed delivery date and made sure we knew how to use everything. I felt at ease and very comfortable with our purchase and now exited to get our new bed! The store is super clean. Best bed buying experience we have had."
