"I went with my son to purchase a mattress on Sunday 02/27. Upon entering store we were greeted by sales associate Kade. He greeted us and asked how he could help us. My son told him the type of mattress he was interested in. Kade listened and presented him with options. He never pressured us or gave us the hard sale. He was very knowledgeable of the product and offered an opinion when asked while never trying to force a sale on him, in the ended he purchased a mattress with box springs and was very happy with the purchase. "My experience today at this location was amazing!! Chad assisted my sister and I with our purchase. His customer service was the best that I’ve seen in a very long time! He took his time and explained the difference in the mattresses and also made recommendations based on our individual needs. He was friendly and a calming presence for us since it was years since we had to make this kind of purchase. We had limited funds but we needed quality. Mr Dorian delivered.
