"It's unfortunate that some employees of the Walmart farmacy at Irvine Corp Dr. don't know , that most of customers coming to get medications are patients. So, well managed common courtesy ton of voice and intonation in sentence structure, while verbally comunicating will greatly help to maintain good deal trust, how terrally is managed distribution of sensitive chemicals. The trust I lost to them this afternoon. Plainly said: I am not your body from hood,so show some respect by using word like "would you , please or thank you. Were your name tag so I know who is giving me my medications. I hope you lost your sarcastic smile. I was with this pleace 7 years. No more."

"Horrible!!! It deserves no stars. The pharmacist has absolutely no compassion or care for the customers. She refused any help at all. She just found out what the script was and said she refused to fill it. I understand needing to verify a new prescription but she refused to do that. She just said no and told me not to try any other walmart pharmacy. Don't worry lady, I went to a pharmacy that actually cares about their customers."

"Lead pharmacist (I’m pretty sure that’s what the name tag said) tonight went out of her way to help me with a new prescription that wasn’t covered on my insurance. She helped me save a ton of money and so patient through the whole process, lowest cost medicines around and they go the extra mile to help you save. I was in and out in minutes too. Pharmacy we’ve been using previously has NEVER done anything like that. Thanks lady!"

"If I could give it an eighth of a star I would. COMPLETELY anti-customer! They can't even read an insurance card! I am disgusted by the lack of compassion or care for that matter, of their patrons. I will be taking ALL of our family's pharmacy business elsewhere, and I will see to it that by word of mouth, if that's the only method I have to ensure they eventually go out of business. Now I am going to wait for their "lunch break" to be over and I'm going to drive, post opp, to the pharmacy. For the third time today, because that's safe and in the best interest of my recovery . . ."
