"I switched a certain medicine to go to Kroger because it was cheaper. Every time I go the staff are just kind of impersonal and sometimes snippy. It's been like that several times. I'm not a Karen and I don't get butt hurt, and I rarely leave a bad review but I hope they change the culture of that pharmacy to be more welcoming."

"My husband and I paid to join their savings club, $72.00 per year and let me say you can save money by going elsewhere and using GoodRX. I also have Medicare Part D, which the staff rarely ever even compared it to the club price, which cost me money. Our biggest complaint was the staff including their pharmacist. They were unfriendly, we went there for 2 years and we can’t tell you the name of even one employee in the pharmacy. None of them even smiled, we dreaded going in to get our RX’s. I watched one female assistant talk down to an older couple, it was awful! I tried to talk to the pharmacist about how she acted to that older couple and all I got from him was, “Oh yeah, she’s like that”. That was it!! The pharmacy area looks dirty and very unorganized. There’s not one thing or person there we liked. We’re not doing business there anymore."

"Switched from the Sam's club pharmacy several months ago and will never go back to Sams. Really fantastic staff, and I've always gotten my prescriptions quickly with no problems. If your prescriptions are included in their Rx Savings Club, the prices are unbeatable."

"Staff is professional, helpful, and courteous. Friendly service with a smile, just try them & pick up one or two items while you wait, they are usually pretty fast, may have to wait a bit but they fill while you wait. Shopping at Kroger is a much more pleasant experience than other options here. As always calling ahead is helpful if possible."
