"Horrible service, the life saving medicine my husband needs NEVER arrives on time. There is a constant runaround between the Dr, the pharmacy and the Manufacturer of the medicine. Go elsewhere if there is an option to do so."

"Completely garbage company. Was told that my meds would be shipped early due to inclement weather, but they didn’t ship them early. Now I am stuck with no medication of a life dependent heart drug. When I spoke to them, I was told ‘not our problem’ by both a representative and supervisor. Not to mention I found out that the medication is supposed to be shipped in an insulated container due to the medication being temperature sensitive, but I have only ever gotten in a small box with nothing to help keep the temperature regulated. I will never get another prescription from this joke of a company."

"I wouldn't even give this pharmacy one star (it was required to post)- they are TERRIBLE and make an already stressful situation (training for self infusion) MUCH worse. The long call holds, repeating of information from the automation feature to when someone (that is difficult to understand and is RUDE) actually gets on the line (37 minutes); then I was told it would be placed on a long hold and that the system was running 'slow today'. I actually had to hang up as I am a teacher, spent my ENTIRE lunch trying to get my medication sent to me and the bell rang and I needed to get to class. I guess I will have to try all over again tonight and hope my medication can arrive by Tuesday (as they have VERY limited delivery days AND the medication delivery requires a signature- SUPER inconvenient for people that work). TERRIBLE COMPANY. I wonder how their executives would feel if a family member was treated so poorly?!?!"

"I spend hours each month waiting for someone to answer the phone, then waiting for the "agent" that person transfers you to. They never pick up on weekends or holidays, though the message repeats for over an hour-my patience ran out when the first person that answers never picked up. They offer an option for a voicemail and promise a return call that never comes. I have left messages daily for several days without getting that promised call. You have to call to tell them you need a refill. You have to check that they got the "authorization code" that they require from the doctors office once they receive a refill request. I get past the due date and have to call and see if they are ever going to call about shipping. If they don't have enough people to answer the phones, why do they require so many phone calls?? On a positive note, if you ever get to talk to their pharmacists, they have all been very pleasant on the phone."
