"They are dirty landlords! My money order got stolen out of their box on their property I have proof and even offered to trace money order to see who stole and cashed it offered to pay rent for August it was July that was stolen but instead I get a eviction notice but was told if I cooperated we could stay in our apt everything was ok I done everything I was asked to do in tracing money order paid $20 to trace it then get served court papers 2 days later for eviction!! Who does that? When offered money to pay you and we still get evicted? Never been late on rent never caused problems and lived here for 4 years!!! And they are supposed to be "loving Christian people" of all things to say! I also have an Autistic child and older son now no where to go."
"Always an excuse. Schedule appointments to have the property manager and service people come out. Took off work and have lost money during this pandemic.... and they were no call/no show. Which wouldn’t have bothered us if this were the first, second, or even third time.... but this has been the fifth time on separate occasions where we’ve taken off work and have had no calls and no shows and maintenance that still hasn’t been taken care of months later! I do not recommend this company. They’re great at smiling at your face and being friendly sales people. But that’s all it is, it’s a sales pitch to try to get out of their wrong doing hoping people will continue to overlook their faults."
