"I’ve rented an apartment here for over three years for a place to stay work apartment. It’s gone through at least three management teams and rental payment online services. If you want an inexpensive no service apartment rental this is the place to rent. The location is fine and it’s a quiet complex of apartment buildings surrounded by a residential neighborhood close to Fort Knox."
"It came under new management when I moved in and I never had any problems with them. I had an issue with a light socket and it was fixed within 24 hours. For the price, it was a good experience."
"After living at Maple Hills for exactly 1 year- I left the apartment in excellent condition (carpets cleaned, rent always paid, spotless clean condition) I put in over a 30 day notice that I would be moving. I expected the security deposit to be returned (as agreed on in lease) After months of no return deposit, I called and spoke with the owner. He stated he would call back. He never did! I called again and spoke with a female who stated they would call me back. It is now going on 4 months and I have not received my security deposit!"
"My apartment is a joke. It's falling apart and just a mess. My floors are scuffed and pealing, my carpets are not staying together you can't vacuum. My sinks are molded underneath and my apartment is not up to code. MY WINDOWS ARE SEALED SHUT. The paints coming off the walls and cracking and guess what... my refrigerator is plug up to an extension cord behind my sink faucet why? Because they still haven't been able to fix it. It's bad electrical and I'm done. I'm also being over charged for my animals. 1480 a month or so my statement says. Why? Because they can."
"I have lived here a total of two months . When I first moved here my shower didn't work properly and has yet to be fixed. Seriously, I can't even rinse my hair out. Today I have a water leak in my toilet at the shutoff valve . When I emailed the manager she said she was "very busy" but someone will be out today. Rude and unacceptable. Also if my neighbors would quit smoking weed that'd be great too."
