"Brett is always super helpful. I've gotten a few bowling balls and a bag here, and everytime service is excellent. They know their stuff. My balls are drilled perfect for me. This is my favorite pro shop, and I'll go out of my way to go here when I need something. Definitely the biggest selection in Louisville."
"Go somewhere else. As a new bowler, I was wanting to talk to their staff about what ball I should get for my first one. The young guy was rude and just wanted to hurry up so he could go back on his computer and do nothing. They do good work but would never go back due to their staff."

I purchased one that I really wasn't sure he would like after about a week I decided to go ahead and return it. I can't say the gentleman was kind at all. I will certainly never send anyone there for anything again. It's my money and I'll spend it on what I want I do not need the owners opinion on my choices. Find somebody who has a good attitude pass this one up!"
"I went here to find out some information to buy my first ball. Though the workers saw me, they did not acknowledge me for 10 mins, standing in the very small shop. They even walked right past me. I had to ask a customer to ask the worker to help me. The guy that talked to me didn't seem interested to talk to me about buying a bowling ball. He was condescending and didn't ask me anything or help me in any way toward buying a ball. I went here because I assumed he could take more time and explain to me more than the internet would. I was wrong."
"I waited for 15 minutes for the guy to acknowledge me inthe store. I was looking for 2 high end balls, bag and shoes. Looked like the guy had just rolled out of bed, didn't even have time to comb his hair. In the time it took to write this he could have done a 500+ dollar sale. I am going to shop elsewhere."
