"Amazing shop! Knowledgeable, patient, and eager to get things right. Located in a great bowling center too. On someone’s recommendation I drove 90+ miles to get drill and slug work done on 4 balls. On the phone before making the trip, staff was extremely helpful and was happy to answer each question I had. At the shop I felt welcomed and heard. 2 newly drilled balls fit like a dream, and my two balls fitted poorly by different shops were instantly improved with genius slug and insert work. I bowled 3 hours at Dixie Bowl testing them out and had my most comfortable and successful day bowling ever. Thank you for the professional and focused work you have done."
