Caballo Crossing Apartments

"This place treats their residents like garbage and never fix anything ever. Management in office are races and make it very known others that are not their color of skin do not matter. They won't fix anything for residents that have lived on the property for more than years at a time. Because their are so money hungry. They will fully remodel vacate apartments for new money coming in. And leave the ones that have life threatening conditions for the families that have been complained for years for them to fix and when complaining to much they want to file avictions. I'm speaking out for families. For example a child was injured in the apartments with full hospital reports because the roof is caving in and has been for years more than 3 plus years. And because of poor management and races management families refuse to pay anything more until something is done. The workers that are not management are treated like dirt Infront of residents. Because they refuse to do jobs that are only for management to do. Management do not care and are very lazy. They are always on the phones in the office with the door locked. A infant baby was hospitalized due to poor management with videos showing the issues in managements faces for more than 3 years of videos different times but mostly back to back of the issues and still will not do anything. Another family also has similar issues where the grandmother was hospitalized for mold being in her lungs due to the poor management once again. Residents are tired. And had enough. It's awful how the property has come to be a dangerous place to live in the community due to poor and lazy management. That can't meet their job description standards."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE! The are charging illegal fees that are not included in rent. Waiting until I signed my lease to put a note on door saying I was automatically enrolled in a rental liability insurance program AFTER THEY FORCED EVERYONE TO PURCHASE THEIR OWN POLICIES! Threatening me with eviction because I refuse to pay for that or the $15 fee for rent paid with a money order! Come to find out code enforcement has so many fines on DENTON FLOYD REAL ESTATE GROUP THAT THEY CAN FORCLOSE ALL THEIR PROPERTIES! But guess what Denton Floyd does….buckle and dime all their tenants so they can pay their bill and then start over WITHOUT EVER FIXING ANYTHING! SEEKING LEGAL ACTION AND WILL BE FILING A SUIT!"

"Zero stars! This place is a disaster. They have NEVER shampooed our carpets in over 3 years. No new paint EVER! Just tried to pay our bill and they are trying to charge us for renters insurance that we already have. I hate this place so much that I cannot wait to move. DO NOT MOVE HERE!! THEY ARE SLUMLORDS!!!"

"I’ve been living here for about 5 months now and all I can say is that this place is quite delusional. I had paid my first months rent and then 4 days later they tried telling me they “ never received it” ( mind u I took a picture of my money order and video of me dropping it in the leasing office box ) then saying I only owed 500 for my rent ? Then tried to get me to pay rent again I called the police and they told me someone called them prior saying they had their money order stolen they be trying to cake it up with u being all nice I wasn’t going for none that. Then they tell me my rent is 755 and then they’re telling me it’s 800 and keep switching up my rent. Outlets don’t work at all, pest control never comes my apartment was infested when first moved in, holes all in my walls, it’s disgusting. Don’t move here it’s a mess."

"They NEVER repair anything management comes and go you never know who is going to be in the office it's someone new on a monthly. They shut the laundry down months ago without any notice or reason. I wouldn't advice anyone to invest or even take the time to apply or live there. Flooding is a major, major issue . So best of luck with whoever applies."
