"Bought a battery, it only worked for one hour. I called them the next morning and explained the issue, and was told I could get a refund with the receipt. Went back and tried to get a refund with the receipt and box and they refused give a refund. I figured, they’d have a vape battery that might work, so I bought a second battery there, and tried it IN THE STORE and guess what? Doesn’t work either. This is a good place to throw your money away if you like $25 paper weights. Would not recommended, stay away, bad store, with bad refund policies that they do not uphold their end of the word even on 12 hours after the purchase with receipt and box in hand. Here is a pic of the new battery(the second paper weight I have bought from this store) I bought fully charged, and me holding the button down and no light coming on. Second pic is the battery plugged into my lighted charger box and the battery not lighting up. Thanks Vape City! You guys do a great job of providing $25 paper weights and making it hard as possible to get a refund."
