"As soon as you walk in you are greeted by the sales associate as if you're old friends. Hit with delightful scents and smells of the massive variety of high quality cigars. I could walk the location for an hour and still not fully capture an idea of what I want because all of the selections are that good. You're left grabbing one of these one of those and so on. Always leaving with more than you anticipated but extremely satisfied."
"Called 3 times first time they picked up and hung up, second time no answer, and third time completey sent to voicemail. Will be doing business elsewhere. I decided to walk into the store and the fool was smoking and ignoring people's phone calls. Such a shame and horrible level of service."

The staff is very friendly, and very well informed on its products. Actually, I found out my favorite cigars because of the reccomendations that the staff gives me.
