"Very Disappointed in the after care service. These guys were great when we purchased our $1800 elliptical and $800 bike together, and our installation went well. My elliptical has now developed a very loud thump on the front that is progressively getting worse so I called last week and was forced to leave a message during normal business hours detailing the issue I was having, surprised to not receive a return call after 8 days. Today I called again and spoke with a woman and let her know my issue and asked if I could speak with a tech that might be able to help walk me through any adjustment or anything to help save a service call. She said to look for something loose! She said hopefully I can tell the tech what the problem is in advance that way he has the parts to fix it the first time and then they can save me the expense of two service calls! WOW, THAT WOULD BE GREAT!!! I was told the tech would call me back after he finishes an install today before noon. Well, today is over and no call back again."

"Now this company knows how to treat their clientele. I have never dealt with a company who took their time and dedication to help their customers to full satisfaction. I was dealing with some treadmill issues. I order a part from here and received it as expected. After installing, I had some issues. Right away they took the time to contact me and walk me through step by step on what needed to be done. It didn't stop here though. Turns out I had another issue non-related. They went out of their way to continue to assist when they didn't need to. They stuck by to ensure all issues were resolved and went out of their way to get me what i needed to ensure I was back in business. Not only are they on my favorite list, but I will refer any family and friend to them for future needs. Thanks Treadmill Medic!"

"To expand on Crystal’s comments , (Crystal works for our company), shortly after we posted the review, the owner of Treadmill Medic, Chris, called me, was very angry and in the end, was yelling at me. He has threatened to sue me for slander. First I asked him if he sues all his unhappy customers then I told him that I have the right as a customer to post my review of his services. We DID pay $95 for an estimate, so I am a customer. He said I had no right to post any negative reviews. I said that as his customer who paid money, I did have that right. He then stated he was going to go on Google and give us a bad review now. (We have never done any moving for him, by the way). I asked him twice to stop yelling at me that I was not yelling at him. So not only were we disappointed in the service, but now I am shocked to receive a call threatening to sue me for slander. In retrospect, I recently realized that I had a commercial grade treadmill I had purchased from LMPD some years ago that Treadmill Medic deemed un-repairable and of course could sell me a new one. As a business owner, I know that there will be things that just plain go wrong despite your best effort, I get that. Some days you just put your head in your hands and try again the next day. All you can do is train employees to the best of your ability, send them out there and hope they display your passion and enthusiasm. I think a true testament to your character is how you handle adversity. Also as a business owner, I know that I need to be the example for my staff. All I can say at this point is that NO, I will not retract our comments, our comments are true based on our experience with Treadmill Medic and go ahead and have your lawyer call mine, I will let him know to expect the call.
