"I’m currently doing everything I possibly can to transfer ALL of my scripts to Meijer Pharmacy. I do realize the employment issues we are all going through. But there is ZERO tolerance accepted where prescriptions are involved!!!! Period…If your aren’t stuck with the CHEAP voice mail(the crazy answering service CVS provides) then you possibly and Almost Always wait 30+ minutes to speak with the Pharmacy!!! Most likely your HUNG UP on during that wait!! As a Huge Corporation, one would think that Customers come first… especially Customers needing information regarding their Medicine. The “Worthless, and I Mean Absolutely Worthless Computer answering the Phone..(Always) just Sucks!!! On top of that no one, I Mean NO ONE Ever answers the phones!!! If there was a way to give a Negative 5 Star Review, believe me I would!!! To Anyone who looks at reviews, my suggestion is Run As Fast as You Can From CVS!!!! They Are Horrible!!! I can’t get my Prescriptions Moved too Meijer Quick Enough!!! By All Means, Totally Stay Away from the Pharmacy at 3708 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, Kentucky It will be Your Worst Nightmare!!! Well, if they are even open? Which has become Very Rare!! Last month, August I went 4 times in one week and they were Closed!!! I’m disabled, it’s not appreciated to travel 4 times to a business that’s Closed!!!!"

"Rude customer service. The associates got snooty with my girlfriend when she asked to get a passport photo taken and mentioned that it had to be certain dimensions. They blew her off as she was trying to tell them that these are not the dimensions of a standard US passport photo. "Yeah yeah we know what dimensions to use" one associate said as she refused to look at the paper my gf tried to reach out and show them that had the proper photo measurements on it. After acting like they were being inconvenienced for doing their job, they finally got around to taking the photo and zipping through the printing process with out confirming the photo specs. Needless to say, the photos were printed out in the wrong dimensions. My gf told them these are wrong and they need to be Chinese passport photo dimensions (which were clearly listed on the paper she tried to show them). One of them snapped and said "Well sorry, we can't read Chinese here!" No one asked you to read Chinese, my gf tried to tell you in English and you cut her off. Not to mention the numbers on the paper were in English. We left and went to another store where we were treated with respect and the photos were printed in the Chinese dimensions with no problem at all."

"Love that this pharmacy is open 24/7 and the staff is always friendly regardless of when I come by."
