"Worst place to live. Mice and roaches if you like. no management to ever be found - Al Dickerson is suppose to be manager but he is to busy working other jobs. And he is the biggest liar. This place is worse than living in the ghetto. The management co, Sunbelt, is located in Arkansas and they never return calls. There are 11 empty apartments that they wont fix up to rent out. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!"
