"KidStrong is awesome! Not only for the physical fitness, but also for the social and mental awareness as well. Learning self control and agility. We've been coming here for a few months, and the only thing I would say is not that great is that they don't communicate well, or communicate if they are closed on holidays. They're also not reachable by phone, so email is typically better.... but they'll miss it at times. Other than that, it's solid! Definitely recommend if your kiddo needs an outlet and interaction outside of school!"
"I highly recommend KidStrong! My child says please, thank you and introduces herself using eye contact. The confidence from the mantra has bled over into our daily life. She’ll cheer for herself, saying, “I did it” after learning a new skill. She takes (safe) risks and trusts herself, unafraid to fail. Not only has this made her safer on playscapes, but she has improved spacial awareness too. Kidstrong works on cognitive skills, physical skills and social skills. It’s worth the money!"
"We love KidStrong! Have a challenged and exhausted 6 year old is wonderful! My incorporating character, mind and body into a single fast paced session, my boys are challenged to develop in multiple areas. This facility is huge and provides ample room to run and move. The coaches are well trained and skilled at recognizing the skill level and matching the games and challenges to the level of the individuals. The communications are excellent and the app is fun to!"
"My son has really enjoyed his time at KidStrong! Coaches put in a real effort to get kids to work together, practice leadership while keeping things fun for the kids. They also offer camps when school is out of session, which gives us a good alternative for childcare. The curriculum changes monthly, and the app lets you keep track of activities and goals."
