"We have had a wonderful experience at Primrose Southwest Austin. Our son has attended since he was an infant, he is now 4 1/2. During that time the ownership of the school has changed and while things were good before, now they are GREAT. The school's leadership is active, engaged and invested in our son. Any concerns, questions or problems we've had have been addressed quickly and to our satisfaction. They utilize a research based curriculum and employ state of the art early childhood tools to nurture and encourage development at the appropriate stages. Parent engagement is a priority and from the front office personally welcoming you and your child to school to the app they use to keep parents informed, they make every effort to not only provide information but to solicit communication about your child and your experience. No school is right for everyone but if you're looking for a high quality early childhood education you can't find better in Austin."

"We've had both our 4yr-old and 9mo-old there since they were each three months old. The teachers are absolutely amazing and love our girls like they are their own. Education is balanced with fun and creativity, and we're so happy to have our girls at Primrose."

"This review is only about this location and does not include other Primrose establishments. By far this is the absolute worst daycare I have ever seen. If you are on the wait-list please don't waste your time and energy. You are definitely better off somewhere else. The location is great for parents working in the city but the management team does not qualify to run a daycare specifically the Director. They have low tolerance for normal toddler behavior and would tell you about it over the phone. Whenever we went to pick up my son the teachers will tell us that he had a good day and after a few days we'll get a call from the Director telling us about all this incidents that happened. Furthermore, when we took our concerns to the owner we were dismissed and disrespected. Overall, this place lacks positive leadership and this creates a very negative domino effect. When you first go, they seem friendly but by the second week, there is no warmth and they are quick to blame the child instead of teaching. Avoid if possible by all means!!!"
