"An organization with a great purpose, but mismanagement at the very top leads to a lack of progress towards achieving lofty ambitions. Lots of out-of-touch moments, plenty of the "white knight" mentality trying to save the local community from perceived wretchedness, rather than offering genuine support. Very intolerant of any alternative views and opinions, particularly regarding politics and race. All about appearances, administrative staff largely come across as fake."
