"This daycare is in the perfect location, it’s located by three major freeways, so it is very convenient. Ne-Ne Kiddie Kollege is probably a great place for older school age kids, but not for toddlers. If they are going to hiring someone that’s inexperienced at least hire people that’s kind and have patience, I do not appreciate the young lady acting as though my child was getting on her nerves and telling me little side things making me feel uncomfortable and alarmed. My baby kept getting ringworms because of the outdoor activities playing in the mud. Just because the school is in an urban neighborhood does not give any reason to why the professionalism should be misplaced. I am very disappointed in this daycare,and honestly I don’t know why my baby came home with three different bruises on her face one dark circle mark on her right cheek, a knot on her right side of her head and a bruise with a scratch on her left eye. I was way too angry to communicate with the staff in an accurate fashion that day, but thoughts just kept running through my mind, wondering just what the hell is going on. Also, I don’t understand why after the incident no one called or tried to be companionate about the situation."
