We received a thorough tour of the facility upon sign up and he answered all of our questions leaving us feeling reassured that we chose the right camp for our daughter. The level of professionalism and customer service we received has been nothing short of amazing! Our daughter absolutely LOVES this camp! She’s always looking forward to the days ahead. We really like the fact that each week it’s a new learning theme which makes our daughter’s experience even better. All the staff members are polite and very accommodating which we love! "I can’t speak for other IDEA Lab Kids locations but the Spring Branch location is AWESOME!!! From day one I dealt with Warren, and he is phenomenal!!! He truly is! Customer service is his forte! In mid April I got a new job so I was scrambling trying to find aftercare that had space which also was affordable and interesting enough for my son. Warren worked with me beyond what I could have expected! My son’s school bus was going to drop him off when no adult was present so he figured schedules out and made sure someone would be there but only Monday through Thursday. That was fine, and I started to figure out a solution safe for my son to wait outside until they arrived. A little later that week, Warren offered up another option, to have them go pick up my son at our school even though they don’t pick up at our school and it would throw off their schedule for picking up kids at the schools they did pick up at. Still, Warren went above and beyond to have my son safe with an adult at all times. I always forget the names of other two gentlemen and lady that work there but they’re also so very polite and great with kids. I seriously can’t say enough about them! They are awesome! My son loves it there and he is begging to go back during the summer and next year."

"Both of my daughters go to Idea Lab Kids for the culinary arts class and they absolutely love it! They love their teachers and the center in general. They offer a lot of options for after school care and I’m definitely going to be enrolling my girls for more classes here. We’re thinking about summer camps already! Only con is can be a bit loud in the center but what can you expect with a place full of kids. Overall we love idea lab."

"My two boys loved the Summer Camp at Idea Lab Kids. The staff is very friendly and do fun projects with kids. One of my sons had some complaints the first day, but the camp leads (both of them) were on it and made sure by the second day he had a fantastic experience. Now he doesn't want to leave at pickup time. The staff is very responsive to the kids and parents feedback. Also, they work hard to make the camp a fun experience. Thank you, Idea Lab Kids."
