Grandma's House Childcare Center

"I had an incident with the Director of the child care facility where my child DID attend. The Director attempted to unlawfully terminate my child due to me making a report against her. Director Sandra Deleon of Grandma's House is perceived by me to be petulant, combative, and patronizing. I have never encountered such until I met her. If you are a part of any government funding program, I highly suggest you look elsewhere. The lack of educational tone I perceived from her is disturbing. I was so close to pursuing legal action against her but received a call and requested my child be disenrolled from Grandmas House CCC in fear of retaliation. I don’t believe she should be the Director of the facility because of the lack of comprehension and unintelligent mind frame she has. Something tells me that position only benefited her because of the relationship she has with the owner. I am pleased that I don’t have to never ask a question and get the sarcasm, vague, and disrespectful responses that was given on many occasions when my child attended Grandmas House."

"Director Ms. Sandra is the best possible. Assistant Director Ms Audra is one of the most helpful people that I've met in my life. Ms Erica is by far the best teacher there. My son has been going to this school since he was 6 months old, now he is 3 and I will most definitely be keeping him there for the head start program. My daughter also attends during the vacation/summer months. She enjoys her time there. The turn around of teacher are low, because they provide actual PTO for their teacher (this is why you will continue to pay through closed days). I do not mind this at all, because I know the teachers are not overwhelmed with those worries. Hands down, pick here."

"My Children have been attending this Daycare for about 6years now. I Love it here and Most Especially My Children Love it there. It's a Facility full of diversity and inclusion. The Caregivers, teachers, directors and staff are very pleasant and welcoming. They also work with you as much as they can accommodate, but trust me, very well. I Like MS. Audra alot because she's very understanding, I love all the teachers because you can feel their genuine love for the children. My Children are always excited to go to school especially my 2year old. Everyone is Cool, calm, and professional. There's Peace and Joy in my heart knowing that I'm dropping off my kids in a loving, caring and safe environment and People. This Place is so Pleasant that even their older students who passed through the daycare, more than 18 or 20years ago, come back and volunteer or help out with the kids, that shows a Great reputation. I'll highly recommend this place that has been in business for over 30years and that's one of the reasons I fell in love with the Daycare. If they can run a childcare business for 30years with no issues,, then, YES, THAT'S A GREAT PLACE!!!. THANK YOU ALL FOR ALL YOU DO FOR THESE CHILDREN. GOD BLESS YOU!!!."

"Grandma's House is a great daycare! My 3 year old really enjoys going to "school" there. He loves playing outside, learning new things and spending time with his teachers and friends. I love that he's always happy to go to school, and he's excited after school to tell me about his day. He especially loves that there's dinosaurs to play with! He was reluctant to potty train but with the awesome support of his teachers, he's FINALLY getting it! The front office staff is always so friendly and helpful. We have really enjoyed his time there. I wish we would have found Grandma's House sooner!"

"My babies have been going here for over 2 years now and I have loved every minute. I was so hesitant and emotional about putting my babies in daycare but I’m so glad I did! My babies love it here. I love that they even have a private school attached so when it is time for my babies to start school they can stay with the same people. The directors are absolutely amazing and I can’t thank them enough! My babies are so advanced for their ages and I feel great knowing that they are not just having fun with friends they are actually learning."
