"Love QT but this particular QT has endless problems with the fountain drinks. Either out of service completely (and sometimes for a long period) or not mixing correctly, broken ice dispensers, etc. The other locations don't seem to have this problem. I'm sick of driving to the New Hope store to get a diet coke. This store used to be fine. What happened? New manager? Something."
"We like having this QT near our home and went there for cokes almost every day of the pandemic. My biggest complaint used to be that the only soda mix ins were cherry and lemon (how about lime and coconut, folks!). But lately the fountain drinks have bigger problems. The Diet Coke is out half the time, and this last week just syrup is sputtering out of the coke and Dr. Pepper. Don’t employees go check it now and then? I hate to see it going downhill, I used to tell the clerk when it was having problems but now I just leave and go up the road."
