"Would love to support a local business, but they make it tough. Almost every time I order a pick up or delivery I get a call saying they’re out of something I ordered and I must pay more to upgrade. If I don’t want to pay more to upgrade, they just cancel the whole order and don’t allow me to purchase."

"TERRIBLE! I went with a friend to get ginger beer and left with nothing. When I picked up a 4-pack of ginger beer 2 fell out of the packaging. The owner was very rude and told me he had to charge me because the last time he went back to the distributor they wouldn't reimburse him. I tried to explain how it fell out and is obviously the distributor's fault, but he just insisted I pay. I then told him I would leave and not buy the 4 packages (which are very overpriced anyways) I was going to buy and so he lost all of my business and my friend's business. We both agreed that we would never go back. WOW, what terrible customer service!"
