"I've experienced some really bad child care in the last year. We recently began attendance at the Enchanted courtyard. the staff is engaged with the children, they talk to me about what is expected and required of me while my child attends. I saw some negative comments on here and i am wondering if those parents are looking for nannies instead of daycare? You must still parent even though your child attends a day facility. Your child must come prepared to attend a place that is not home. Your child must have some manners and training from you when they attend a facility that is managed by adults that are responsible for not only your child but other children as well. So far if I have questions they answer them, If my child needs something they let me know. I can't say anything about other parents but I feel that my child is in good hands."
"HORRIBLE PLACE! They do not watch the kids. They do not act well in front of the kids either, I watched on "supervisor" play on her phone instead of watching the kids while they were outside and when I confronted her about it she cussed me out and threatened to kick my ass. IN FRONT OF ALL THE KIDS! HORRIBLE PLACE PLEASE DON'T DROP YOUR KIDS OFF HERE."
"This place is awful! Will not be bringing my kid here again! They don't watch the children they let them throw things at cars driving down Beltline and do what ever they want while they're outside. I don't even want to know what happens inside. Not a good place to drop your babies off. There are plenty of other daycares near them too, so please choose another place for them, they're not safe here."
"0 starts if I could, this place is terrible! They don't take care of the children and they are only operation off government assistance. This place does not care about the kids."
