"My toddler was mistreated at this location, and I would NOT recommend any parent who values diversity, compassion and integrity enroll at this school. Every child is different but all kids deserve to be treated equally. The staff is a revolving door, every other week there are different teachers, who all follow different standards of care. When my child would adapt to certain teachers it seemed that it was more of a concern to the director than a comfort. They have cameras which is great until they realize you are watching. My wife and I watched my toddler be mistreated (treated unfairly for the same behavior as other kids in his class) on camera and when we called the school to address it we were blatantly lied too. When I addressed my concerns and asked questions to the director, there was never an option to improve or come to an understanding, or find a solution. The director and other staff used their own biases and unprofessionalism to have discussions about my toddler. On several occasions my toddler was referred to as “too huge, too tall, too heavy, too aggressive, etc” On camera I watched& experienced my toddler being targeted on multiple occasions, constantly treated differently, removed or placed in isolation from his friends, receiving less comfort or compassion from teachers and so much more. BEWARE of the word “redirection” thrown around by staff and directors. It’s Inconsistent and best way for staff to protect their jobs. Finding childcare is already a stressful process for parents, so places like this that treated my toddler unfairly should not actually be in business. Do not choose this childcare, find a place that will go above and beyond for your child. Find a place that will treat your toddler as a toddler. Find a place that will provide a safe space for honest communication between staff & parents."

We would recommend KRK- Castle Hills to anyone looking for childcare where they can know their child is in a safe and loving environment!"

"We loved our time at Kids r Kids. Due to work and scheduling changes we are no longer there but would definitely come back! Their staff is always professional and accommodating. My toddler easily adjusted. The tuition covers a lot. All meals and snacks are included, they have an online account to peek in on your child through out the day. There is also an online account for billing, payments, and best of all updates for your child daily. The facility is safe and clean. They also have bus pickup and drop off from certain elementary schools which helped with my work schedule. I could pick up both kids at one location without stressing. They also offer summer camps."

It was a difficult transition for us but they really helped us through it. Everyone is so wonderful and welcoming. You can really see how much they care for all the kiddos. "We started at Kids R Kids 6 months ago after being at our previous daycare for over 3 years. It was a hard move but we knew it was the right thing for our daughter and family. It was by far the best decision we have ever made for her. She's thriving in every way possible and is healthier than she's ever been. The school is clean and you can tell very well taken care of. Every person we have encountered at the school has been incredibly nice, welcoming, loving and just overall amazing. Being greeted at drop-off and pick-up by genuinely kind and caring people every morning and afternoon is the best way for you and your kids to start and end your day. Ms. Whitney has been a huge blessing for our daughter! She had a lot of change this year with a new school, and a new baby brother within a few months of each other and I'm confident that Ms. Whitney and the staff at Kids R Kids helped her get through that change with us better. They were so supportive and acted as our partners through the harder days for our daughter. She LOVES going to school every day and I feel great knowing she's in such great hands, learning so much and feels safe. Our son just started at 11 weeks old and we are thrilled with the teachers in his room and the communication they have had with us making sure we feel comfortable and know he's in great hands and being loved, just like our daughter. Mr. Gary, the owner, is around often and he's just as great as the rest of the team we have gotten to interact with. He always has a smile on his face and is welcoming to our family. A hands on owner who really cares about the families and people coming and going is very comforting for us. I could go on and on about how wonderful this school is! We are blessed to have the opportunity to send our children here and to have each and every person help them become the best versions of themselves at such an important time in their lives."
