"I had the best experience while staying here over the weekend. Comfortable atmosphere and an excellent staff to match. Oh, and be sure to hit up the Barrel 53 in the hotel as well. The food and cocktails were on point! I also told a few of my guys about their conference areas, so I'm sure we'll be requesting those spaces in the near future. Well done Hotel Lex!"

"We arrived to the location and dropped our luggage off as we were there for a UK game. The hotel has had some renovations but shoddy at best. The pictures online make the hotel seem as if it were more upscale. I can assure you this is not the case at all. Once we arrived back from the game, we went to lay down to watch tv, only to have a ROACH crawl across the bedspread. I called down to the front office and was informed that if I left the manager would make sure to refund my money for both of the nights I had booked. I have called about twenty times and left messages for a callback and still have not been able to speak with Scott. I am now out almost 300 for a two night stay when I was in the building for a total of thirty mins max. Do not stay here!"

"This hotel is located off a quiet exit, but there are plenty of restaurants at the next one, so it makes for a quiet, relaxing stay with plenty to do close by. The indoor pool is fabulous, and rectangular, so you can actually swim laps. The natatorium had a beautiful vaulted ceiling and the pool reflected in the skylights, adding to the atmosphere. A large deck allowed plenty of room to lounge or host a pool party. There was also a nice courtyard with plenty of seating. Recently remodeled, some of my favorite touches in the bathroom were the heated mirrors to prevent fogging, the pocket doors, and the high showerheads so us tall folks don't have to squat. The wireless chargers built into the nightstand lamps were also a plus. However, what really made the stay wonderful was the staff. Everyone was super friendly, and provided over the top customer service. Due to getting behind an accident, we were late arriving. I had called ahead to let them know. They had everything ready for me when I arrived, making the check in process the easiest this weary traveler had ever experienced."

"This hotel doesn't deserve 3 stars! I spent one night at this hotel that I wish I hadn't. I was thirsty, and it was 1 am. I called them and asked if they have drinking water in the font desk, and they told me yes, but it's only available for cash payment. I didn't have cash, so I told them "I feel very thirsty now and will bring the money before check-out. I won't escape anywhere". They told me there was no way to provide water without cash! This is not only bad, rude service, but it was also disrespectful to me as a human. This hotel should lose one star for that! One more thing, breakfast was included, but in the morning, they told me they didn't have breakfast that day! Surprisingly terrible!"
