"My 3 kids were previous scholars here & them going to this daycare was a total night mare miss patina is very unprofessional when I dropped my kids off it always seemed as if she had an attitude or was bothered at 1st I thought she was just having a bad day but this was an issue everyday & it made me feel uncomfortable leaving my kids with someone who had such a negative personality also Mrs. Monique always complained when I picked my kids up the only teacher than seemed sincere was Mrs. Rachelle getting my kids out this daycare was the best decision I ever made and I hate we even spent a few months here however I would like other mothers to be aware"

"I have experienced nothing but great care of my child here. They have rules re: hours and payment methods but they are not ridiculous and they have helped our family navigate these rules as easily as possible for everyone. My son went to a different daycare and he was upset every day crying inconsolably and in Ms. Tina’s care he is not anymore. They do fun crafts to send home with pictures and have a great meal program. I am so grateful for Ms. Tina and her team. Thank you everyone at A Mother’s Touch!"

"I have no child at this daycare. I wanted to let the owner or manager know I saw the van driver, who was taking children to school, on a VERY rainy day, driving all over the place and cutting people off. There were children in the van. I also noticed, when we were at a light, that the drop down that holds the spare tire was empty. She tells me that someone went and stole the tire overnight, and they haven't had a chance to replace it. The woman I was speaking with asked me why it was a problem. I had to tell her, believe it or not, that it is a problem if there are children in the vehicle and the van gets a flat! Then she sarcastically tells me she'll let the owner know that "I had a problem with there being no spare tire on the van". (My mind is blown) Then I go on Google maps to see if there's an owner listed with the facility name, and the picture shown, has the same empty tire drop down, and we all know the Google maps pictures are old, so there has not been a spare on that van FOR A LONG TIME."

"A Mothers Nightmare is the best way to describe the atrocious place! The “so called director” Patina Clark is a LIAR and a BULLY. First, this place allowed Uninsured drivers pick up my daughter in a private vehicle, when I asked Patina about it, she lied saying that her teachers did not pick up my child in a private vehicle and that they only do that with parents who have been there for awhile and those who actually trust them. Knowing she shaded me with that line, I told her fine! Two weeks later, my daughter complains she doesn’t like riding in the teachers vehicle, so my husband and I asked her if the daycare was still picking her up in the private vehicle she replied yes. This time my husband went to the school and saw for ourselves and took a picture while they picked up my child and another parents child, WITH NO CARSEATS, and the vehicle was riding not one ONE, but TWO Donuts! When I approached Patina , she said she did not remember our conversation the first time but admitted she lied to me and she didn’t know what to say! She talked a good game and Deterred me from contacting the owner. On my days off she was still having teachers pick up the other child in a private vehicle. It was by Gods grace that I know the child’s parents and brought it to their attention in which they brought up their dislikes as well to Patina! Since then Patina and her crew have been very unprofessional to myself and my children. I brought it up to her attention that I did not appreciate how her staff acts like towards a parent who pays a lot of money for them to do their job correctly, and who voices their opinion on the safety of their children . With the constant “Yes Ma’am to death and Phony smile” Patina slowly showed me how Petty she is! Things started going left where 1) I was asked to pay for things not included in her handbook, things that sounded made up. 2) As a director she seemed to have issues with my 10 year old son who she would only have to maybe 45 minutes , twice a week take home to school. 3) One day she was taking the kids to school and had to wait at Miller until the cross guards came out, my son asked instead of waiting can she drop the ditto school kids first, Patina said No, because Your a snitch and when you get home, you will tell your parents . My son said he is not a Snitch and she yelled back Yes you are and then encouraged the kids on the bus to call him a Snitch. My 5 year old came home and told me Patina called my brother a snitch and laughted I had to correct my daughter and let her know that was inappropriate and asked my son what happened, he didn’t want to tell me because she put that in his head and was bothered other kids were calling him that. 4) The next day, I dropped my son off and my husband and I decided we will not approach her yet with what we learned for we were already keeping paper trail. We received a call from Patina asking us to talk to our some because he was asked to lay down but he was fooling around with his sister, my husband spoke to my son and asked him to relax. About 20 minutes later, I get a call that Patina took my sons phone and turned it into my sons school being Petty, especially since I still had to pick up my other kids at the daycare. I asked how come she took it and what happened, No explanation was given. My sons school called me and informed me they didn’t want to deal with Patina’s petty nonsense and my son later explained she was being rude to him and he said he was going to call his dad, as he did she tried getting his phone from him, he put it in his backpack and she threatened to kick his backpack while he has it on his back, he then took out the phone again to try and call dad and she snatched the phone out his hand scratching his finger! And finally when I got a hold of it, I called the other center to finally talk to the owner and told them that she needed to contact meand I will be going to the state, they panicked and wrote up a statement terminating my kids there because I was Unhappy! Lol! When in actuality they where tired of me calling them out!"
