"I just love this couple that run this small liquor store in West Houston. Not only are they always helpful, but they always have exactly what I need when I need it. I've been coming to this store for over 10 years and they are always cheerful and helpful. Today I really wanted something there but I'm currently hobbled in a cast/boot. I called and told them that I couldn't come in but I really wanted to purchase one of my faves. His response? I'll be right out. In five minutes I had my purchase in my car without my having to leave it. That's great customer service! I like to patronize small businesses that understand that building relationships with their customers is the key to success. Ashford Liquor gets it. If you're ever in West Houston on Dairy Ashford across from the skating rink, stop by and tell them hello. Even if you buy nothing, you'll leave having made new friends!"
