"I'm not sure if management changed or what happened. This store is starting to lack with its consistency that it had before. Shelves are not being stocked when they have an overflow of the product. [King Robert 12 yr 1.75] I always have to ask someone to pull down products from on top due to a lack of shelves being stocked. Here is the proof."
"Really like this location. I am a huge Stella Rosa fan and have found every flavor/selection at this location. Customer service is good.. if there's ever been anyone who couldn't assist me, they would find someone right away to help. Definitely always my go-to spot for alcoholic beverage needs."

"Total Wine has to find a better and safer way to leave the store for pickup orders. You cannot block every lane and expect the customer to find a way out. This is not safe for any type of emergency. It’s more like a hazard to me (my opinion)."
