"The tutoring portion was good. But be cautious when pushed to buy more hours than you need. They tell you not to worry, unused hours will be refunded. But when it comes down to getting credit for unused hours, main manager never calls back. They kept about $1000 worth of unused hours. And have not called be back in months of attempting to reach person in charge."
