"Got there around 9:30am to be told they wouldn’t be able to get me until 11:10am. The lady at the front desk seemed untrained, so I tried not to hold that against her. I was under the assumption that this was a walk in clinic, so I was a bit taken off guard. Regardless, I waited(even though it didn’t seem nearly busy enough for me to wait that long) and 11:10 passed me by. It wasn’t til noon that I actually got back there, and they were not thorough at all. Take the time to find somewhere else better, you’re wasting your time and money here."

"Not very through. I called for back pain went in and didn't even receive any type of exam for my back. She didn't touch it or look at it. Initially, I had to remind her i was here for my back when she was about to leave. The ibuprofen I was prescribed for pain I told her makes me sick she said eat more. I can't eat a meal large enough to curb the nausea. Anyhow, no follow up for my back no nothing. I'm still in pain and about to go to the er. (In Hopkinsville)"

"I get a depo shot every 3 months they scheduled it wrong so I missed me deadline. So that was fine then Im told I can get it that day at 4 I’m there I call she goes there is 16 people in front of you and that was fine I said I would wait. She become very rude was raising her voice and hung up on me. I got it rescheduled but this was Ridiculous very rude women !!! Wish Ik her name ."
