"I've always had good service at the store just north of the Sikeston, but this past Saturday I was REALLY impressed! There was an older gentleman with 3 items whom was having issues with his coupons and his credit card. The clerk patiently would reset the register and help him try to get things entered and swiped correctly, but it took him quite a bit of time. She was so pleasant and so patient it was unbelievable! It continued when I was up next and she swiped an extra $5 off coupon, which I had forgotten. I doubt you would see service like that anywhere in our area, and CERTAINLY not the store with the big blue sign! I think her name was Kristal? She could teach a class on how to give "Customer service!""
