"The manager would not change the date to one day before after I made a mistake through Priceline. No refund policy for any reason. So goodby my money will never deal with them or Priceline again. I was not cancelling which was my point. Priceline said I was stuck. Nobody would make an Excetion as they said."

"When I saw I had the option to choose between smoking and non-smoking I thought surely this must be a joke or just needed to be updated. But no as soon as you walk in It smells like an ashtray. I was blown away that Wyndham allowed their name to be put on this. My room didn't reek of cigarettes the way the hallways did but every time you walk out of your room it hits you dead in the face. The worst thing about cigarette smoke is it it forces everyone around you to smoke with you so now I get to go home smelling like an ashtray. I mean it's 2024 why do people even still smoke?"

"The front desk guy hung up on me 3 times while I was trying to book a room tonight. Gotta be the worst over all service. I've ever seen at any hotel across america in thirty years Not only does he deserve to be fired on the spot But he deserves a cold hard lesson in manners. Old fashioned way I will never stay at a super eight Windom ever again my brother who just got home from the marines what's him on a platter so please don't fire him that way we will know where he is......."

"Walked in to get a room and the lobby smelled like cigarette smoke. The card wasn’t even working to open the door to our room. Hallway smelled like cigarette smoke as well. Rooms are so outdated. The sheets had stains on them. Breakfast was just cereal and coffee. The people in the breakfast room were staring us down and made us really uncomfortable. The area seemed super shady. Would never go again."

"I have stayed here several times over the past few years. The rooms are always very clean, bug free and very pretty. Most of the people that work here are very nice, genuine people, and very helpful. There's only one person that isn't too great, but you never know what is going on in someone's life. Their free breakfast is very nice, with good fruit choices. They are very dog friendly, which is a HUGE plus!"
