"I live about 30 minutes away from this establishment. My wife has been taking allergy immunotherapy for the past 5 weeks every week. So you'd understand traveling plays a big part of this review. Recently, my wife took on a new job that intervened with the opening hours of this business. Immunotherapy can only go about 2 weeks without a shot in the beginning treatments until they recommend to start over from day 1. I've been trying to transfer the sessions closer to home but have not been having any luck finding a provider that can administer them. I'm running into the end of the 2nd week for her shots so I decided to reach out in desperation and call this place and request they stay open 15 to 30 minutes tops just so she can have one more shot during this transition of finding someone else to give her the shots. This way, she doesn't start over. You'd think people have empathy. That's not the case. I was blown off after making this request. Being a patient, I'd think the the acting administration would take care of their patient. Instead I was told, "There is nothing they could do for us and they would not stay open for a treatment for one person." This was according to the office administration. Once I doubt a health establishment isn't looking out for me or my family's best interests, I find someone else. I can't recommend this place if they're not willing to empathize and adapt to their patients needs for a one time session. Because they brushed me off, she will have to retake her immunotherapy sessions over. All because we'd arrive there 10 minutes till closing and they stop administering any shots 15 minutes before closing. I won't recommend you any longer."
