"it’s sad when you have been with the office for 16 years when it was Crick, Fife and Ervin. Now a “big” corporation owns it and patients are treated rudely, threatened and disrespected. I asked for all 3 of my kids shot records and the nurse said if i go somewhere else for their shots, even though they was out for 6-8 weeks, that the office would never see my kids again, it’s sad when a dr office threatened you! i have stayed and stayed with them because i loved dr ervin but after this i am done!"

I have worked here almost two years now and I really enjoy my coworkers and all my patients I get to build relationships with. I will also say, I have worked for a few pediatricians in my 7 years being a MA and I truly feel I work for one of the best now! So if your seeking a new care provider for your child, they’re Accepting new patients!"

"It’s sad when you take your child to the pediatrician because you’re concerned for their health and you are brushed off by the nurses. Even when there is something wrong, you’re told not to worry until it gets worse. When you’re baby cannot breath well there is never going to be a time when you’re not concerned. My daughter is a young and inexperienced mother and was treated like she was stupid by Sherry and the nurse treating her son. We will never take our children there again and will search for a team that is there to treat and educate, not demean."
