"I have had multiple recent occasions when no cashier was visible upon entry and had to wait several minutes for someone to appear from the back to check customers out. Today I stopped to get gas at anout 6 pm. - after no success on 2 different pumps, I asked inside (after waiting for an employee to appear) and was told they'd been out of regular for about an hour. I get it, sometimes it happens, but why not post signs to inform customers? I informed the other 6 confused customers attempting to pump gas as I left. It doesn't seem to me a best business practice for customers to have to inform other customers when they are out of gas."

"When you guys pick Uber Eat orders can you at least not send broken, damaged items to customers paying extra for them. It's ridiculous."

"The drink station setup here is great. Lots of options (especially for Slurpees) and very neat design. Friendly employees too who are quick and get you in and out in a jiffy!"

"The Lady working Tuesday morning 11/26/19 about 7:30 am was the best attendant I have ever encountered...She was working alone with several customers in the store and her multitasking abilities are amazing! She should run the training program for all 7 -11s... Thank you ma'am for doing such an outstanding job. .."
