"The bathrooms are in a miserable state of disrepair and many years of neglected maintenance and cleaning. The toilet mounting hardware has completely rusted away leaving the dilapidated toilet unsecured to floor. Sewage is leaking onto floor and down the center floor drain. The smell is horrible. It blows my mind that this has been allowed to continue. What else are they neglecting? This is obviously not a careful or concerned food business owner."
