I regret having to write this but the staff was as disinterested, rude and completely unengaged, even the receptionist.They grossly under prescribed, communicated no expectations and we had to go to the ER that evening to get treatment. "When I need to see a doctor quickly, I go to Baptist Health Urgent Care in Holiday Manor. The staff is friendly and professional and Dr. Coorssen answered my questions and and I was glad I got X-rays to accurately diagnose my discomfort."
"Due to my previous struggles with addiction, the doctor at clinic treated me in a way that degraded and dehumanized me. I was refused even the most rudimentary checkup because of my past and the words he said were something no person should say to another. Numerous reports exist of this same doctor behaving in horrible ways to people looking for help and comfort. Despite this, despite my own story, despite all the evidence to his behavior, nothing was ever done and he was able to retire with no issues. If you or a loved one are in pain or have questions about your health, do not seek help here. You will not find it."
"I searched for urgent care center near me and this one was convenient, so I gave it a try. I even booked my appointment on line and fast. Finished paper work in 5min. The staff at front desk was very kind. Waited for another 10 and off to the exam room. Both, doctor and nurse that took care of me were very polite and knowledgeable. I was treated as a regular, not as a walk-in. Moreover, the doctor told me to feel free to contact him if I had more questions. That made me happy. I recommend this center."
