"My daughter took her dog there after he had 3 seizures. This is new onset never had them before, they were getting closer together and lasting longer and they said “we only take appointments” She had tried to call them several times and left messages and no one answered then she drives there worried and that is the rudeness they displayed. No compassion or concern even though online it say emergency care, since when do you have to make an appointment for emergency care. My daughter called Dr. Watkins and they said bring the dog on out they would watch him for a while and see what is going on. Don’t waste your time going to this place they are rude and have zero compassion."
"I can't thank this staff enough. We had our 12.5 year old Great Dane cross the bridge, which was an extremely hard decision itself, this staff was caring, compassionate and understanding. They even signed a very emotional card when we picked her(Maggie's) ashes. They understand when hard choices must be made."
